Wyatt Glass

Wyatt Glass

Founder | Junior Board Member

Wyatt Glass founded Valley Green Initiatives out of a lifelong appreciation for Phoenix’s public parks and a passion for environmental stewardship. Growing up, visiting neighborhood parks with his family was an important part of his childhood. As he got older, Wyatt became increasingly aware of the challenges facing many parks throughout the Valley, particularly deferred maintenance and limited tree cover. Motivated to make a difference, Wyatt helped lead the organization’s first revitalization project at El Prado Park, working alongside Phoenix parks staff and approximately 30 volunteers. The project included planting 20 trees and restoring several recreational facilities, helping create a greener and more welcoming community space. Through Valley Green Initiatives, Wyatt hopes to expand this work across Phoenix, improving parks so future generations can enjoy the same outdoor experiences that shaped his childhood.
